Genix Hydrophobic Sealant

Description

GENIX Is a single component, hydrophobic, inorganic densifying sealant for direct-to-concrete application. This product chemically bonds with concrete, yet allows it to breathe (it is “non-film” forming). GENIX weatherproofs and protects virtually all horizontal and vertical concrete and masonry surfaces, including architectural concrete, concrete block, split face block, pavers, stucco, brick, clay tile, and exposed aggregate concrete. When diluted with water in a 1:9 ratio, GENIX prevents moisture-intrusion and salt-induced corrosion of rebar, scaling, spalling, and freeze-thaw damage. The product is not intended for surfaces with prior treatments or coatings.
